Hello! I’m Bob Horsnell, a Licensed Realtor with Edina Realty based in Stillwater, Minnesota. For more than two decades, I’ve been helping people throughout Washington, Ramsey, and Dakota counties find the perfect place to call home — and helping sellers get the best value the market allows. My professional journey has been anything but ordinary. Before real estate, I worked across several industries — from computer programming and video editing to sales and solar installation. Each experience taught me something valuable: attention to detail, technical problem-solving, and the importance of building genuine relationships. Whether I was editing live news feeds in Washington, D.C., programming for United Way, or installing solar panels on rooftops across Minnesota, I learned how to adapt, communicate, and deliver quality work no matter the challenge.

Since 1997, real estate has been my true professional home. I love matching people with communities where they can grow and thrive, and I believe that every transaction should be built on trust and understanding. My clients know me for my calm, approachable style and my ability to navigate even the most complex deals with patience and professionalism.

Beyond real estate, I’ve always been drawn to innovation and lifelong learning. My technical background in computer programming and video production keeps me comfortable with modern marketing tools, from CRM systems to video-based property presentations. I also stay active in Minnesota’s growing clean energy and technology sectors, reflecting my belief in sustainable and forward-thinking communities.

When I’m not working with clients, you can often find me outdoors — a passion that started during my days as a YMCA camp counselor in Ely, Minnesota, teaching kids the art of canoeing and camping in the Boundary Waters. That love of nature and adventure continues to guide how I live and work today.
